Whole Body Mental Health Radio
We’d also like to announce at this time an upcoming hiatus of Whole Body Mental Health Radio shows, beginning in May. We will be continuing the show sporadically, however new episodes will no longer be recorded on a weekly basis. Whole Body Mental Health Radio is and has been an amazing experience for us, and we hope the discussions have provided you, our listeners, with both practical and world-broadening information about mental health and relapse prevention. With almost 100 shows to date, we’ve definitely broadened our own horizons! We’ve spoken to experts on mindfulness, law, climate change, addiction, sleep, MDMA-assisted therapy, and mental health in outer space; to quantum neuroscientists, cyberpsychologists, neurotheologists, rabbis, Buddhist llamas, Sensei and so many inspirational others. We will be continuing our series on Climate Psychiatry, along with a few shows on other topics, until mid-May, after which the show will continue, but with less regularity. The time allotted for preparing, holding and editing the show will henceforth be used for planning and conducting more mind-body groups, as well as allowing for further involvement with the Climate Psychiatry Alliance. Thank you for your interest and encouragement. We’ve received much positive feedback and feel so grateful towards all of our speakers who have been generous enough to share their time and expertise, as well as our supportive listeners. Past shows will still be available on iTunes.
